This site exports genotype data in plain text and Flapjack format. Flapjack is a free tool created by the SCRI Plant Bioinformatics Group and is used for visualizing genotypic data. You can get more information on this tool and download it from http://bioinf.scri.ac.uk/flapjack
Some functionality of the tools offered on this site require that additional components be installed such as Google Earth. This can be downloaded by visiting http://earth.google.com.
