Follow the instructions provided by the graphical installer to install Strudel.
Strudel is developed on Windows 7 (64bit), and gets additional regular testing on OS X 10.6 (64bit), Ubuntu Linux 7.10 (32bit), and Centos 5.2 (32bit).
